- Ownership, purpose, and responsibility
- The company LA RIVA S.R.L., Via Padre Agostino n.12 – 56128 Pisa (PI), P.IVA 01571810504, also through the official website larivamarinadipisa.it, collects and processes your personal data with the purpose of replying to emails coming from the page of the website dedicated to contacts, information about the activities of the agency, communication about promotions and offers, invitation to events, initiatives;
- The Owner may entrust third parties (henceforth referred to as Data Processors) with the processing of your data according to the purposes and methods indicated by the Owner;
- Nature of the data and their collection
- The data collected by the Data Controller and processed by the Data Controller itself or by third-party Processors are of an identifying nature (e.g., first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone, etc.) and are used only for the purposes in “a” above;
c.Treatment: mode and duration
- Data will be processed in full compliance with the principles of confidentiality, correctness, necessity, relevance, lawfulness and transparency imposed by the Regulations referred to in the title and the Privacy Code and exclusively for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected. In any case, the data themselves will be processed no longer than 10 years after their collection for the purposes of the Service. Data processing and collection are carried out both manually and with the use of dedicated professional computer-digital supports. The processing and collection are also guaranteed in terms of safety and security, as they are placed in physical locations or protected by computer passwords that are not accessible to anyone other than the Data Controller and Managers;
- Personal Data are processed at the Holder’s operational offices and at any other location where the parties involved in the processing are located. For further information, please contact the Data Controller.
d.Transfer of data outside the EU
- In the case of data transfer to a professional service provider outside the EU, the Data Controller – in compliance with the legislation on the transfer of data to a non-European country – undertakes to enter into agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or to sign the model contractual clauses set out in the Annex to E.C. Decision No. 2010/87/EU of 5/2/2010.
- Rights of the data subject
- The interested party enjoys the rights set forth in Art.7 of the Privacy Code and Art. 15 and following of the EU Regulation 2016/679 GDPR. The data subject, therefore, may:
- obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form;
- obtain information about the purposes and methods of processing, as well as the logic applied in the case of computer aids;
- To know the identification details of the Owner, Managers and designated representative in accordance with Art. 5, paragraph 2 Privacy Code and Art. 3, paragraph 1, GDPR;
- to know the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as Manager or representative designated by the Owner;
- obtain the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
- obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law as well as the limitation of processing;
- oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
- To revoke consent to processing without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing prior to revocation;
Where applicable, it also has the rights under Articles 16-21 GDPR (Right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restrict processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to complain to the Data Protection Authority.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003
We inform you about the fact that, in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, your personal data given to us on the occasion of business relationships and / or on the occasion of promotional activities or relationships arising from the use of our services, or aimed at the presentation of offers or in the formation of contractual relationships, are subject, by Us, to computer or manual processing, for the purpose of:
1) fulfillment of the Law related to civil, fiscal, accounting etc. regulations; fulfillment of obligations arising from stipulated contracts; assistance and technical support regarding the products and services purchased by you, including post-sale and post-possible warranty period if expressly provided for; administrative management of relations.
2) marketing and referrals, information on future business initiatives, innovations made to our products and/or services, offers, market analysis, statistics
The data will be processed by means of instruments suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality, and may also be carried out by means of automated tools designed to store, manage and transmit the data.
The data in question are disseminated by our company to our eventual network of sales – assistance and/or distribution of services (distributors, managers, etc.), or, for services provided under warranty, to the company producing the goods or to the service company managing on behalf of the manufacturer the services under warranty.
In addition, we specify that the data referring to you may be communicated to Tax Consultants, Banks and Financial Institutions, Legal firms, for the management of collections and payments resulting from the execution of contracts.
Your data may also be communicated, as a result of inspections, audits or requests, to the Financial Administration and to the Bodies/Bodies in charge of audits and controls about the regular fulfillment of civil/fiscal obligations.
Said data are not transferred by us either abroad or within the European Union.
In view of the existing business relationship, your data will be stored and processed by us until your instructions to the contrary.
We highlight that:
the processing of the data referred to in paragraph 1 above is mandatory and essential for the purpose of the execution of the obligations of Law and / or Vs. adhesions to the use of our services and the regular fulfillment of contractual commitments, as well as for the purpose of the exact fulfillment of civil and tax obligations under current legislation.
The processing referred to in point 2 is optional, and, therefore, in case of your refusal there will be no consequences, except our inability to ensure your information about innovations in our products and/or services.

3 The data subject has the right to obtain:
a updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

4 The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
